Kipling Club

Kipling Club is a  governor run Out of Hours Club . The children enjoy a relaxed, informal environment where they can play, take part in a variety of games and craft activities or just relax  after a busy day in school!

Booking in advance is preferred for planning purposes.

The Club operates every weekday during term time from 7:30 – 8:40 and 3.15 pm until 6.00 pm.  Staff are experienced and engage the children in a range of activities. these might include crafts, gardening, outdoor games and playing with toys. All staff are trained in First Aid and Safeguarding.

Children are offered breakfast – a choice of cereals, toast or pain au chocolate. After school they are offered a light snack which may include cheese, crackers, fruit, toast, wraps etc.  The club is held in the school hall.

Charges from September 2025:

7.30am to 8.45am £6.00 (to include light breakfast and drink)

Afternoons

3.15pm to 4.15 p.m. £8.00 (to include a light snack and drinks) or

3.15pm to 5.15 p.m. £10.00 (to include a light snack and drinks)

3.15pm to 6.00 p.m. £12.00pm (to include a light snack and drinks)

We also offer a number of other clubs throughout the year, including Football Club, Forest School, Dance, STEM and Gardening Club.

In terms of educational support, SUAT is linked to the School of Education of Staffordshire University, which is an outstanding ITT provider.
