Forest School
and Outdoor Learning

For us, learning outdoors is a fundemental part of learning.  We have wonderful grounds and like to use them for teaching all parts of the curriculum; from counting and measuring to science experiements to campfire cooking and environmental art.  Forest School activities are also a regular part of our curriculum and available, for part of the year, for all age groups. There is a wooded area in our school grounds where these sessions are held by our trained Forest School leaders.

We are proud of our grounds and use our  vegetable garden, woodland, playground and pond to help us learn.
